Kourtney K rocked an L*SPACE bikini in SHAPE Mag!

As soon as I laid eyes on the June 2011 cover of Shape magazine, I couldn’t be more proud of my girl Kourtney K and her HOT post-baby bod!  At 32 years old, Kourtney admits to feeling the healthiest and sexiest she has ever felt in her life and she has one person to thank…her adorable 18 month old son Mason!

After the birth of Mason, Kourtney was forced to re-evaluate her lifestyle and eating habits. She started out using all organic food for Mason, which made her think twice about what she was putting into her own body.  The Armenian beauty spills her diet secrets saying she currently feasts on clean-diet made up of all organic foods.  As far as her workouts, she has always been an active person and believe it or not Kourtney’s go-to workout is good ol’ classic outdoor running (and running after lil Mason of course!). Though she juggles a crazy schedule being a mother and a famous reality star, Kourtney always finds time to squeeze in her new healthy lifestyle changes and by the looks of this cover, it has really paid off!
