SPOTTED: Adrienne Bailon at the 2012 Miami Swimwear Show! Every year, celebs flock to Miami during the swimwear industry’s most coveted tradeshow; some come to strut their stuff on the catwalk while others just come for a front row seat. Well it seems that Ms. Bailon came for both and we got to see her up close and personal!

We have just returned from Miami Swim Fashion Week where designers previewed their collections for the 2012 swim season. We are really excited for the new collections and wanted to share some key trends we spotted.
Despite New York Fashion Week being over and done with, everyone’s still buzzing about all of the amazing runway shows, as well as the 2011 trends. Like every year, a number of the designer swimwear collections tend to mimic high fashion trends from the runway, and this year is no exception. For Cruise 2011, get ready for the brand new watercolor print swimwear styles!
The 2010 L Space Swimwear collection has designer Monica Wise winning awards left and right! Back in October, Monica Wise took home two SIMA Image Awards: the awards for “Women’s Swim Brand Of The Year” and “Women’s Marketing Campaign Of The Year.” However, Wise’s new designer line has just won her the 2010 Mercedes-Benz Presents “Designer Of The Year” award, which is one of the most coveted awards in the industry!
